Meal Preparation

Caregivers can work with clients and their families to help provide nutritional meals to support individual needs. Both food shopping and meal preparation are part of Companion support, providing healthy at-home meals that are both tasty and nutritious.

Engagement

Social connection is an important part of healthy aging. Home health caregivers support seniors not only with daily needs, but also through companionship, conversation, and engaging activities. These moments help reduce loneliness, improve overall wellness, and build trusting relationships that make aging at home safer and more fulfilling.

Errands

If leaving the home is difficult or unsafe, caregivers can help by running daily errands. From grocery shopping to medication pick-up and post office visits, these tasks can be included in the client’s plan of care to ensure needs are met while remaining safely at home.

Light Housekeeping

Our caregivers provide light housekeeping services designed to support a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment. This may include cleaning bathrooms, tidying kitchens and living spaces, organizing drawers, cabinets, and closets, and routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping—tailored to each client’s personalized plan of care.

Transportation

Our caregivers offer reliable transportation assistance, providing rides to and from appointments, social gatherings, grocery stores, post offices, and other destinations to support independence and community engagement.

Personalized Support

Personal care services are designed to support dignity, comfort, and independence. These non-medical services include assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Care levels are individualized through our intake and assessment process and may range from hands-on support to standby supervision. Every plan of care is built around the client’s needs and preferences.

All personal care services are delivered by professionally trained, PSS-certified caregivers. Clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other cognitive impairments receive care from caregivers specially trained to provide safe, compassionate support.
